Face & Body Protocol Directions-
Step 1: Take a very warm bath or shower. Once a week while in the water use the AHA FACIAL POLISHING SCRUB, massage on face, neck, body and feet in gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Apply to lightly wet skin the AROMATHERAPY SORE MUSCLE BODY CREAM on body, hands and feet. Enjoy the chocolate, mint aroma and and arnica therapeutic effect of pain relief.
Step 3: Generously apply THERAPEUTIC SOOTHING MUSCLE GEL to sore muscle areas on body, hands and feet. Also, forehead, temples, front and back of neck and behind ears for headache and under nose for congestion.
Step 4: Apply THERAPEUTIC ALCOHOL HAND CLEANSING GEL once a day and as needed, soothe and cleanse your hands to remove any bacteria while soothing dry hands. Follow with a generous application of our AROMATHERAPY SORE MUSCLE BODY CREAM.
