I'm sure everybody in the northeast is happy to be enjoying the sunshine! Now we'll be getting our vitamin D naturally from the beautiful warm shining sun! In turn we are motivated to get outside and be active. Let's remember to drink our healthy amount of water, which is the first step toward healthy radiant skin.
