SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES
All customary orders are usually shipped within 24 hours during working days. Although we try to keep all items in stock, there are occasions where an item is out of stock. We will either offer you the same item in another size that is equal or larger than what you wanted to order at no extra charge to you or will backorder it and ship it when it is available. Shipping charges on backorders are at no charge to you.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING IN THE US AND CANADA IS FREE WITH NO OTHER FEES
and normally takes 5 - 7 business days in the US and 10 - 14 business days in Canada.
If you would like a RUSH order, you may inquire about paying extra for
FEDEX via email at info@naturalimagecare.com.
Other country's shipping and handling fees are quoted per order via email or phone.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
All claims for defective merchandise must reported via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery. You must save all packing material and boxes for claims inspection.
PAYMENT METHODS
Natural Image Care, LLC currently accepts Pay Pal payments for credit or bank cards. We also will accept prepayment via personal or company check or money order. All checks must have proper information posted on them. Checks and money orders must be in US funds and will have to be deposited and cleared for payment before an order is shipped. This could take up to 10 business days. All payments and information are secure.

Natural Image Care, LLC keeps all customer information private. We do not sell any mailing lists or share any information.
RETURN POLICY
Natural Image Care guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment. Regardless of reason, all returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative either via email or phone in advance. You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Natural Image Care prior to sending in a return. Authorized returns will be accepted in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without a RA# printed on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to the customer.
The same above 30 day return policy applies to Wholesale Partners. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for all authorized returns. Please call for authorization details.
