Directions:

Thouroughly rinse skin with warm water. Gently apply a generous layer to face, throat and body. Leave on for 10 - 20 minutes depending on tolerance for normal skin. Leave on 30 - 60 minutes for very dry, aged or damaged rougher skin. Rinse with warm water. Repeat twice a week. Spot treat acne daily or as needed.

NOTE: A warm sensation is a usual occurrence for some people. In case of slight itching or irritation, slow progressive use is recommended to build tolerance. In the case of special needs areas and advanced treatment, leave on for up to 60 minutes or more depending on tolerance.
