Q: Why do you call your products Specialized and Bio-Medical?
A: Our products are especially designed for people with Environmental Illness. Adults, Teens, Tweens, Toddlers and Infants suffering from Multiple Chemical, Food and Environmental allergies. Q: Do you have clinicals?
A: Our Patented European formulas are all Clinically Proven for Anti-Aging, Anti-Acne, Anti-Inflammatory, and Pigment Correcting.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are all made in the USA in our FDA / Health Canada / USDA Certified Organic Laboratory. We make smaller, hand made batches to customized order for this Brand due to the nature of the Specialized, Bio-Medical, Holistic Formulations.
Q: What is the shelf life on the products?
A: A minimum of one year from the date of purchase. It is best to store them in an area that does not receive direct sunlight or reach temperatures higher than 75 degrees often.
Q: What is All Natural Nano-Technology?
A: Natural Image Care uses All Natural Nano-Technology to deliver our Certified Organic antioxidant vitamins, beneficial herbal extracts and cold pressed essential oils directly to the deepest layers of skin cells on a continuous time release causing maximum delivery and absorption of our relevant biological precursor and activator ingredients (hydration and nourishment) to the skin cells for metabolism. Similar medical technology is being used for many years in the transdermal delivery patches for birth control or the nicotine patch etc. This explains our unique results.
Q: Can the products vary in Texture, Color or Aroma?
A: Yes, because they are purely natural. We do not load them up with chemicals to control the texture, color and aroma, so each batch we make is a bit different.
Q: What is the emulsifier?
A: Xanthan Gum (a natural stabilizer or thickener that you can buy in the baking section of your natural Health food store.) We simply use all Certified Organic Raw Ingredients beginning with Aloe Vera Juice and whip it with the Certified Organic Whole Oils (hemp seed, flax seed, grape seed, safflower, jo joba, olive, coconut) plus African Shea Butter and xanthan gum to create whole food yogurt-like, light, airy, wonderful creams.
Q: Where do the Omega 3s, 6s & 9s come from?
A: They are listed as Vitamin F on our labels which is the European term for Essential Fatty Acids and we derive them from Certified Organic Whole oils - Grape Seed, Flax Seed, Olive, Safflower, Coconut and Hemp Seed Oil.
Q: Are the products vegan and gluten free?
A: Yes, our products are made with the very most cutting edge hypoallergenic standards.
Q: When should one expect to start seeing results?
A: Immediately after the first treatment of Therapeutic Alpha-Hydroxy Peel. Also, within the first week of using any of our products as directed. As the weeks go on, the results become more and more visible because these are therapeutic products and changes accumulate over time like compounding interest.
Q: Can I leave the Therapeutic Alpha-Hydroxy Peel on longer than 20 minutes?
A: Everyone's skin processes differently. Some people only need it on for 10 or 20 minutes to receive their desired results. Other people can leave it on longer as their skin may process slower or need it on longer. If you have left it on for 20 minutes with no irritation which did not dissipate after 24 hours; than leaving it on progressively longer each week is fine if you desire more results. Some people are comfortable at 30 minutes and others even 60 minutes on their face. You may leave it on your body for up to 3 or 4 hours. If it is an area where the cream rubs off easily than wrap it with cotton or plastic wrap if your skin can tolerate it, in order to keep it sitting on your skin and not becoming removed during processing. You can leave the peel on areas with blemishes for up to 60 minutes each day as needed until they are healed. They usually resolve quite nicely within 24 to 36 hours.
Q: How do I apply the Therapeutic Alpha-Hydroxy Peel correctly?
A: You must lay it on the skin generously like icing on a cake. Your skin can be clean or not clean as the peel will also cleanse the skin. If the peel is applied generously and left on long enough for you, you will receive the very best results. It may be put under the eyes and on the crow's feet. Once the peel appears clear and some of the essential oils have bubbled up, you may massage it in once to force more of the essential oils in. This process is different for everyone since everyone's skin receives treatments differently.
Q: Can I use the Therapeutic Alpha-Hydroxy Peel if I have super sensitive skin?
A: Our AHA's are derived from Sugar Cane and are the Highest Quality raw ingredients available on the market. The pure source and controlled concentration and PH level makes our product incredibly gentle and non-irritating while being amazingly effective like nothing else on the market. The peel does not burn or sting. Some people experience a warm sensation or tingling and others feel nothing at all. It may feel a bit different each time you apply it based on many factors; the weather, how you are feeling that day and what your skin has been exposed to previously.
Q: Are your products good for Sensitive Skin?
A: Yes, they were developed originally for allergy patients and people suffering from Environmental Illness. This is the standard by which all of our products are made. Our products are Free of Fragrance, Pabas/Parabens, Color Dyes, Alcohol, Soaps/Sulfates and harsh chemicals.
